I got caught up browsing some old emails while I was searching for my United Airlines confirmation from a year ago (to get reimbursed when my contracts up! woohoo bonus time!) and then it really hit me..

Its already been about a year since I’ve moved out to China! Cray-jay, huh? After finally looking back on some of my older posts.. I will truthfully say I think I’ve grown a lot from the experience, formed a lot of good, new habits, and def improved in my Chinese. Yay!

It may seem a little illogical to get my housing in Shanghai settled before finding a stable job.. but hope and determination are in the air! The weeks are ticking so I’m requesting from anyone who reads this, to cross your fingas!

So far, I’ve landed a side job, teaching kids ballet at an international dance studio in Shanghai. :) Now.. I just need more employers to start responding back to my emails so I can get my interview on ;)

With time, I’ve noticed my posts have become less and less personal but I’ll be trying to re-up them for my own personal reminiscing purposes again soon. :)
